Haus of HR has been named HR Consultancy of the Year 2026 - East Midlands
It’s a fantastic achievement for our growing team and another milestone in the Haus of HR journey.
The annual UK Enterprise Awards celebrate businesses from across the UK that demonstrate ambition, resilience and outstanding achievement. Winners are selected through a merit-based judging process, with factors including business performance, customer recommendations and reviews, market impact and leadership taken into consideration.
For us, though, this award is about much more than adding another trophy to the Haus of HR.
Recognition for Doing HR Differently
When Haus of HR was created, there was a very clear ambition: to provide SMEs with the kind of commercially focused, pragmatic HR support that can sometimes feel accessible only to much larger organisations.
No unnecessary jargon
No one-size-fits-all policies gathering dust in a folder
And definitely no HR for HR’s sake
Instead, we work alongside business owners and leaders to understand their organisation, their people and what they are trying to achieve.

From employee relations, HR compliance and recruitment through to engagement, leadership development, organisational change and strategic people planning, our focus remains on finding practical solutions that work in the real world.
An Award That Means Even More the Second Time Around
This particular recognition also feels rather special because Haus of HR was previously named HR Consultancy of the Year – East Midlands in the UK Enterprise Awards in 2023.
A lot has happened at the team since then. Our client community has continued to grow, our services have evolved and our team has expanded, but the principles behind the business remain exactly the same: providing trusted, responsive and commercially sensible HR support while building genuine long-term relationships with the businesses we work with.
Being recognised again three years later therefore feels like a lovely acknowledgement of both how far we have come and the consistency we have maintained along the way.

“As the business has grown, protecting that has been really important to me. Our clients trust us with their businesses and, very often, some of their most difficult people situations. That trust is something we never take for granted.
“This award belongs just as much to the brilliant people around me as it does to the Haus of HR brand. I’m incredibly proud of our team and hugely grateful to our clients, partners and wider business community who continue to support us.
“There are lots of exciting things happening at the Haus of HR at the moment, so this feels like a brilliant recognition of what we’ve achieved so far, but we’re certainly not finished yet!”

Awards may have our name on them, but our achievements are closely connected to the businesses we have the privilege of working with.
Every retained client, project, recommendation, referral and five-star review has played a part in the growth of Haus of HR.

We might be taking a moment to celebrate this one, but there’s plenty more happening behind the scenes.
